Casino Night at EWC30 Raises Money for Charity
HAYMARKET, VIRGINIA – U.S. HealthTek, a leader in medical lab IT consulting, partnered with the Executive War College’s annual conference last month and held a Casino Night for three charities. This week U.S. HealthTek has sent a total of $3,000 to RAM of Cumberland County, Americares, and NOLA-based Second Harvest Food Bank.
“The Casino Night was a unique idea, something never tried before, and we’re grateful that the Executive War College supported it and partnered with us to put it on,” says Vice President Marketing/Sales Jamie Papp. “We were inspired to do something special to celebrate their 30th gathering, create another opportunity to have fun and network, and most importantly, raise money for charities. It all was an overwhelming success – so much so we’re already talking about doing it again next year.”
The charities were chosen to support the medical needs of underserved communities across the country and the needs of the community which has been home to our conference for years, New Orleans. “We thank everyone who participated in the Casino Night, and we can all take pride in the giving back it enabled us to do,” Papp adds.
Here’s more about the charities receiving the donations – and below that are photos from the event.
