Keeping Clients Informed

The launch of our new website, complete with this blog, allows all of us at U.S. HealthTek to reconfirm one of our most important missions: providing crucial information in the ever-changing world of medical laboratory IT support. As I look back on my 30-plus years serving the needs of clinical and environmental laboratory spaces, and the founding of U.S. HealthTek in 2003, the changes driven by the development in technology have been the most exciting aspects of our business. It is thrilling – but it also can be daunting.

Developing solutions to your lab needs requires a fierce dedication to keeping up with it all, and the fact that our team has significant, real-world lab experience is what allows us to properly analyze what will actually be practical. That is what we do.

But more than ever, we want to make the information we gather readily available to our current clients and our prospective ones. We meet regularly with other forward-thinkers in our business, we gather relevant information from all corners of the increasingly complex world of laboratory IT service, and we vigorously follow industry sources like trade magazines such as Healthcare Informatics and newsletters like G2Intelligence. During that process, we gather quite a lot of information.

Now we have a place to share it. We’ll be pointing out key articles, making observations, pointing out notable success stories that you might find applicable to your current situation, and even telling tales from our time on the road meeting with professionals like you, face-to-face.
